About Me

Meet Nikhil Joseph. As an aspiring economist and a student at Saint Joseph High School, I’ve always been interested in how systems work. But I realized early on that the most important system is the one inside our own heads. For years, I struggled with a 'mental blockade'—a fear of being judged that kept me from speaking up and pursuing opportunities.
Through 10 years of martial arts, leadership roles in Robotics, and faith mentorship, I learned that confidence isn't something you're born with; it’s a skill you build. I founded Lead With Voice to share the strategies I used to find my own voice and to help other students realize that their internal opinions matter more than external noise.
Our goal is to dismantle the internal barriers that prevent students from reaching their full potential. While many programs focus on external conflict like bullying, Lead With Voice targets the internal 'mental blockade.' We provide peer-to-peer mentorship and workshops designed to turn self-doubt into self-advocacy.
